Today's post will feature my "June empties". A lot of beauty bloggers do these types of posts at the end of each month and I love to read them. Call me nosy but I like seeing what people use up, especially since it takes me forever to finish up a product. I get so excited once I finish a product. I guess it is just the satisfaction that I used up something, as well as the feeling that "I got my moneys worth". You know what I mean.
(left to right)
Xen Tan Deep Bronze Luxe: I think this is a fantastic self tanner. This is great for a beginner to intermediate level self tanner. There is a nice light color guard so you can see exactly where you are putting the tanner, and also to make sure you don't miss a spot. I will be doing a huge review featuring a ton of Xen Tan products as they are my favorite self tanning brand. Stay tuned!
Would I buy again: Yes, for sure.
The Body Shop Candied Ginger Shower Gel & Body Butter: I got these over the holidays as they were limited edition scents. I love the smell of ginger scented body & bath products so that is why I picked these up. I did get some Candied Ginger products for Christmas, but I think the above ones were ones I got on clearance at the store for super cheap.
Would I buy again: Probably, but only if they were on clearance again. I tend to buy too many bath & body products that just sit and wait to be used.
Almay Oil Free Makeup Removed Pads: I love these! These have got to be my favorite makeup remover pads ever. Not only are they quick and conveniently shaped, but they also do a great job at removing my eye makeup.
Would I buy again: 100% Yes
Lush Almond & Coconut Smoothie: I bought this product on impulse. The sales girl showed me it because I asked if they had any products that smelled like marshmallow (yes I know that is strange). I really liked the texture of this body wash, but it did not have that much of a lather. Also at a $20ish price tag, it was difficult to justify the purchase. I thought it was a great product but would probably only get it if I had a gift card to Lush.
Would I buy again: Only if I had a gift card. See above for reasons why.
Living Proof Full Shampoo: I bought this product after getting a sample packet from Sephora. It has an excellent lather and smells pretty good too. I can't really say that my hair had more volume though.
Would I buy again: Nah. I constantly want to switch up shampoos, and this didn't really have that "holy grail" status for me. It is a good product but also pretty expensive.I should have purchased the smaller bottle.
So there are my June Empties. Let me know if you like to see these kind of posts!
Did you finish up any products that you are for sure going to buy again/not buy again?

| Wearing Revlon Colorstay Nail Polish in Stormy Night |
Like I talked about before, I'm a huge fan of these new Revlon nail polishes! I really like this color...it is almost a gray-purple-taupe combo. Also, I should note that those are my natural nails. I decided to take off my acrylics. They were ruining my nails, were too much upkeep, and now that my real nails have grown out I want to try to maintain them. Any tips are welcome!
Thanks for reading,
Carly
